Travel insurance · Lexington, KY
Go far. Stay covered.
Honeymoons, cruises, mission trips and bucket lists — travel coverage picks up where your health plan and credit card quietly stop.

What's covered
Travel coverage, in plain English.
The pieces of a good travel policy — and what each one actually does for you.
Trip cancellation & interruption
Recovers your prepaid, non-refundable costs when covered events end the trip before or during.
Travel medical
Doctor and hospital care away from home — critical abroad, where many U.S. health plans cover little or nothing.
Emergency evacuation
Gets you to proper care — or home — when serious illness or injury strikes far from Lexington. The cost nobody budgets for.
Baggage & delays
Lost bags, missed connections and the hotel night you didn't plan on.
Cruises & group travel
Coverage shaped for cruise itineraries, tours and traveling groups.
Adventure add-ons
Skiing, diving, trail riding — options for trips with more adrenaline than average.
Not seeing your situation? It probably still fits — call (859) 710-9705 and ask.
Why independent wins
One agency, many carriers — on your side of the table.
Plans differ wildly
Travel policies vary more than almost any coverage we sell. We compare real plans side by side and point out the exclusions before you're standing in an airport.
Honest about what you need
A driving trip to the Smokies needs different protection than two weeks overseas. Sometimes the answer is a lighter policy — we'll say so.
Help that answers abroad
The plans we place come with real 24/7 assistance lines — and you still have our office back home making sure the claim gets paid.

Travel insurance, without the fog.
Straight answers to what people actually ask us. For everything else, the phone works: (859) 710-9705.
Doesn't my health insurance work overseas?
Often barely or not at all — many U.S. plans, including Medicare, provide little to no coverage abroad. Travel medical fills that gap for the length of the trip.
When should I buy travel insurance?
Soon after your first trip deposit. Buying early can unlock time-sensitive benefits, like broader cancellation reasons and pre-existing condition waivers, that disappear if you wait.
Isn't the coverage from my credit card enough?
Card benefits are a nice start but usually thin on the expensive risks — medical care and evacuation especially. We'll tell you honestly what your card covers and what's missing.
What about cruises?
Cruises concentrate the risks travel insurance is built for: missed departures, onboard medical care and evacuation at sea. A cruise-fit policy is one of the easiest yeses in insurance.
