Event insurance · Lexington, KY
One perfect day deserves a safety net.
Weddings, receptions, festivals and fundraisers — one-day coverage that lets you host the big day without betting the savings account on things you can't control.

What's covered
Event coverage, in plain English.
Event policies are simple, inexpensive and specific. Here's what they can pick up.
Event liability
If a guest is hurt or the venue is damaged, this responds — and it's the coverage most venues now require in writing.
Host liquor liability
Serving champagne toasts or an open bar? This protects the hosts if alcohol leads to an incident.
Cancellation & postponement
Deposits and payments protected when weather, illness or a vanished vendor forces a change of plans.
Vendors & venue requirements
Certificates naming the venue, caterer requirements, additional insureds — we paper it exactly the way the contract asks.
Festivals & fundraisers
Community events, races and one-day gatherings — coverage sized for the crowd.
Rented equipment & attire
Tents, sound gear, even the dress — options for the things you've borrowed for the day.
Not seeing your situation? It probably still fits — call (859) 710-9705 and ask.
Why independent wins
One agency, many carriers — on your side of the table.
Venues ask; we answer
Most venues require proof of insurance with specific wording. Send us the contract — we'll issue the certificate the way they want it, fast.
One-day coverage, done right
Event policies are short-term and specific. We'll shop the options and tell you plainly what's covered and what isn't — before you sign anything.
If the day goes sideways
A no-show vendor or a storm on the date — call us. We'll handle the claim while you handle the plan B.

Event insurance, without the fog.
Straight answers to what people actually ask us. For everything else, the phone works: (859) 710-9705.
The venue says I need insurance. What exactly do they want?
Almost always event liability with the venue named on the certificate. Forward us the requirement — matching it precisely is routine for us and usually same-day.
What does cancellation coverage actually protect?
Your non-refundable deposits and payments if the event has to be cancelled or postponed for a covered reason — think severe weather, sudden illness or a vendor going out of business. It does not cover a change of heart.
Do I need liquor liability if the bar is hosted?
If alcohol is served — even free — host liquor liability is the piece that protects you. Some venues require it whenever a bar is present. It typically pairs with event liability for very little more.
How far in advance should I buy event coverage?
Liability can often be bound days before. Cancellation coverage is the opposite — it protects deposits, so the earlier you buy it after booking, the more it can do.
