Business insurance · Lexington, KY
Coverage that works as hard as you do.
Shops, offices, contractors and growing companies — we build coverage around how your business actually runs, quoted across carriers that want your industry.

What's covered
Business coverage, in plain English.
Every business is different, but most protection starts with these building blocks.
General liability
The slip-and-fall, property-damage, 'a customer got hurt' coverage every business needs — and most landlords and contracts require.
Commercial property
Your building, equipment, inventory and improvements — protected against fire, storms and theft.
Business owner's policy (BOP)
Liability + property + lost income bundled for small businesses — usually the most efficient way to buy.
Workers' compensation
Covers your team if they're hurt on the job — required for most Kentucky employers.
Commercial auto
Work trucks, vans and anything with your logo on the door.
Professional & cyber
Errors & omissions for advice-givers, and cyber coverage for the data every modern business holds.
Not seeing your situation? It probably still fits — call (859) 710-9705 and ask.
Why independent wins
One agency, many carriers — on your side of the table.
Carriers pick industries. We pick carriers.
A restaurant, a roofer and a bookkeeper belong at three different carriers. We know who wants your class of business — and who'll price it right.
Coverage that matches the contract
Landlord wants a certificate? A GC needs you listed as additional insured? We read the requirement and issue what you need, fast.
A claim shouldn't close you
When something happens, we manage the claim while you run the business — that's the whole point of having an agent.

Business insurance, without the fog.
Straight answers to what people actually ask us. For everything else, the phone works: (859) 710-9705.
What does a business owner's policy (BOP) include?
A BOP bundles general liability, commercial property and business-interruption coverage into one policy built for small businesses. It's usually simpler and more efficient than buying the pieces separately.
Do I need workers' comp in Kentucky?
Most Kentucky employers with employees are required to carry it, with limited exceptions. Tell us how your team is set up and we'll confirm exactly what applies to you.
I run my business from home. Isn't my homeowners policy enough?
Usually not — home policies typically exclude or sharply limit business activity, inventory and liability. A small in-home business policy or BOP closes that gap.
How fast can I get a certificate of insurance?
Same day in most cases. Once you're our client, certificates and additional-insured requests are a quick call or email away.
