Farm insurance · Lexington, KY
Coverage that knows a farm is both a home and a business.
From the back forty to the barn cats, Kentucky farms don't fit in a standard policy box. We build farm coverage the way you built the place — piece by piece, to fit.

What's covered
Farm coverage, in plain English.
One farm policy can carry the house, the land, the animals and the work — here's what goes in it.
Farm dwelling & structures
The farmhouse plus barns, run-ins, grain bins and fencing — each insured for what it takes to rebuild.
Machinery & equipment
Tractors, implements and tools — owned, borrowed or leased — against theft, fire and storm damage.
Livestock & equine
Coverage for the animals your operation depends on, including mortality and named-perils options for horses.
Farm liability
From a visitor kicked at the fence line to hay sold at the gate — liability shaped for working land.
Agritourism & events
Pumpkin patches, hayrides, weddings in the barn — the extra exposure your growing side business creates.
Farm vehicles & ATVs
Farm trucks, UTVs and trailers, rated for farm use instead of commuter pricing.
Not seeing your situation? It probably still fits — call (859) 710-9705 and ask.
Why independent wins
One agency, many carriers — on your side of the table.
Farm markets are specialists
The carriers that do right by farms aren't always household names. As independents we place your operation with companies that actually understand agriculture.
Built around your operation
Fifty head or five hens, row crops or boarding horses — we tailor the policy to this year's operation and adjust as it grows.
Claims with mud on their boots
When hail flattens the barn roof, you call us — we know what a fair farm settlement looks like and we push for it.

Marshall's World · Moose, boots on the ground
Moose counts the cattle. Marshall counts the coverage.
Marshall and the crew keep the serious stuff friendly — but the coverage behind them is the real deal.

Farm insurance, without the fog.
Straight answers to what people actually ask us. For everything else, the phone works: (859) 710-9705.
I have a few acres and some animals. Is that a 'farm' to insurers?
Probably — and it matters. Standard home policies weren't built for barns, livestock or farm liability. A hobby-farm or farmowners policy covers the house and the operation together, usually more efficiently.
Are my horses covered?
They can be, several ways: equine liability if a horse hurts someone, mortality coverage on valuable animals, and care/custody options if you board for others. Tell us about the barn and we'll sort what fits.
We host a fall festival / farm stand. Does my policy cover that?
Agritourism and direct sales add real liability that base farm policies don't always include. It's usually an easy add — but it needs to be added before the first hayride, not after.
Does farm equipment need its own coverage?
Big-ticket machinery is usually scheduled on the farm policy so there's no argument about value after a loss. Borrowed and leased equipment can be covered too — just tell us what's in the shed.
