Home insurance · Lexington, KY
Protect the place where your life happens.
House, condo or rental — we shop many carriers to fit coverage to your actual home, from Bluegrass hail seasons to the ring in the dresser drawer.

What's covered
Home coverage, in plain English.
A good home policy is really six protections in one. Here's the plain-English version.
Dwelling
Rebuilds or repairs the structure itself after fire, wind, hail and more — sized to today's construction costs, not your purchase price.
Other structures
Detached garages, fences, sheds and that new pole barn.
Personal property
Furniture, clothes, electronics — what's inside, at home or in a dorm room.
Personal liability
If someone's hurt on your property or you're responsible for damage, this is what stands between the incident and your savings.
Loss of use
Hotel and living costs if a covered loss makes your home unlivable while it's repaired.
Scheduled valuables
Engagement rings, firearms, instruments, art — the pieces a standard policy can't fully cover, each given its own protection.
Not seeing your situation? It probably still fits — call (859) 710-9705 and ask.
Why independent wins
One agency, many carriers — on your side of the table.
Carriers see homes differently
Roof age, brick vs frame, distance to a hydrant — every carrier weighs them their own way. We shop your specific house instead of forcing it into one company's box.
Replacement cost, explained
We'll show you the difference between market value and what it actually costs to rebuild — before storm season tests it.
Storm damage? Call us first
After Kentucky hail or wind, we document, file, and push the claim — and we're the ones arguing with the carrier, not you.

Marshall's World · Marshall, on closing day
Marshall's rule: every home deserves a guard cat and a good policy.
Marshall and the crew keep the serious stuff friendly — but the coverage behind them is the real deal.

Home insurance, without the fog.
Straight answers to what people actually ask us. For everything else, the phone works: (859) 710-9705.
What's the difference between market value and replacement cost?
Market value is what your home would sell for; replacement cost is what it takes to rebuild it today. Policies should be built on replacement cost — we'll make sure yours is.
Is my jewelry covered?
Standard policies include some personal property coverage, but high-value items like engagement rings usually deserve their own scheduled coverage. It's inexpensive to add and removes the guesswork.
Does my roof's age matter in Kentucky?
A lot. Hail country carriers care about roof age and material, and some price or settle claims differently for older roofs. Tell us your roof's story and we'll match you to the right market.
I rent — do I really need renters insurance?
Your landlord's policy covers the building, not your belongings or your liability. Renters coverage is one of the least expensive policies we write and often pairs with auto for a discount.
What should I do right after storm damage?
Make it safe, photograph everything, and call us before the carrier. We'll help you document the loss properly and handle the claim from there.

Cover the whole picture.
Home plus auto is the classic bundle — better pricing with most carriers, and one local office for both.
